Role Overview
We’re seeking a results-oriented professional to lead our digital branding initiatives. The role involves conceptualizing and executing campaigns that elevate Infollion’s presence across social media, internal communications, and other brand touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to strengthen company branding on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media sites.
- Design and manage internal branding initiatives—including company newsletters, leadership messages, and employee engagement content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create expert testimonials, thought leadership articles, and case studies.
- Ensure brand consistency in all communications—visual, written, and multimedia.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to optimize engagement and visibility.
- Manage content calendars, campaign performance reports, and engagement metrics.
- Coordinate with design teams or use creative tools to produce visually appealing content.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or knowledge-driven industries.
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).This is preferable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects from concept to execution.
