Job Description
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
● Identify and acquire new corporate clients across targeted sectors/ geography
● Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email
campaigns, and networking.
2. Client Relationship Management
● Build strong relationships with HR, L&D, Function Heads, Plant Heads, and Business
Leaders.
● Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
● Understand business problems, capability gaps, and training needs; recommend suitable
expert-led programs.
3. Sales Target Achievement
● Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new logos and training opportunities.
● Own the complete sales cycle: outreach → discovery → proposal → closure.
● Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and activity trackers.
4. Market Research & Sector Understanding
● Track L&D trends across industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharma,
Cement, BFSI, IT/ITES, etc.
● Monitor competitor offerings and emerging capability gaps.
● Share client insights to improve program design and delivery.
5. Networking & Industry Engagement
● Represent Huksa at HR/L&D events, conferences, and webinars.
● Build a network of L&D decision-makers and influencers.
● Document best practices, success stories, and learnings for internal use.
6. Continuous Learning & Development
● Stay updated on L&D innovations, capability models, and industry-specific needs.
● Participate in skill-building sessions for sales effectiveness and consultative discovery.
● Seek ongoing feedback from peers, leaders, and clients.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related fields.
● 2+ years of experience in B2B Services Sales/ L&D Sales
● Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
● Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and structured follow-ups.
● Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to grow.
● Prior experience engaging with corporate decision-makers is a plus.
