Position– Assistant Manager-Domain Specialist
Job Responsibilities-
❖ Help junior members analyze client requests & empanel the right set of subject matter experts
❖ Establish intellectual rapport with the team, enhance the overall research quotient of the team
❖ Work on periodic research tasks, contribute to internal knowledge database for various domains
❖ Monitor both the research & delivery executives within the team to ensure high quality service
❖ Train & groom fellow REs within the team, conduct knowledge sharing sessions on latest trends
❖ Assist the manager in team activities, perform quality checks, track & document performances
❖ Attend industry events, conferences to build your own domain knowledge (company sponsored)
❖ Actively participate in other ongoing research oriented activities (expert interviews, webinars)
Qualifications
❖ Atleast 3-5 years experience in business/market research firm, industry association
❖ Previous experience of atleast 1 year in team management & performance assessment
❖ High motivation to work in a dynamic work setting & willingness to overachieve
❖ Proficiency in verbal and written business communication along with team management skills
❖Desire to learn & grow intellectually, professionally, and personally with a long term vision
